01. Core Privacy Philosophy
Axtrelis LLC operates under a strict minimal-retention architecture. We build infrastructure for media operators who require confidentiality for their content angles, script concepts, and channel telemetry.
We do not train proprietary AI foundation models on your customer prompts, script uploads, or generated video outputs. Your prompts are dispatched transiently through our inference pipeline and are purged following job completion.
02. Information We Collect
We only collect data necessary to provide and safeguard access to our high-throughput compute mesh:
- Billing & Payment Data: Processed entirely by Stripe. We receive tokenized customer identifiers, payment status, and billing email addresses. We never receive or store full card details.
- API Keys & Telemetry: Cryptographic hashes of your generated API keys (`vf_live_...`), token consumption metrics, and job queue timestamps.
- Ephemeral Render Data: Video inputs and generation parameters stored in temporary scratch caches on our reverse proxy clusters, retained solely for download during the active session window.
03. Third-Party Service Providers
In providing high-speed video routing, we work with industry-standard infrastructure vendors under strict data processing agreements:
- Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
- Hetzner / Hostinger Cloud: Dedicated bare-metal and VPS nodes for container orchestration.
- Salad Cloud: Distributed consumer GPU clusters for ComfyUI and open-weight diffusion renders.
- Discord & Telegram: Opt-in automated bot alerts for fleet operators and deposit notifications.
04. Security Measures & Zero-Trust Mesh
All traffic between your client browser and our API endpoints is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with AES-256-GCM cipher suites. Internal backend-to-GPU socket communication is isolated within private WireGuard overlay tunnels.
05. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Under European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you maintain the right to:
- Request an export of all transactional and account telemetry associated with your email.
- Request permanent deletion of your account, API keys, and associated logs.
- Opt out of automated bot communication or community alerts at any time.
To exercise these rights, submit a signed request to privacy@axtrelis.com. Requests are processed within 72 business hours.
